LOCK: Withdraw key in this position. Steering Wheel Lock 2) (Automatictransmission)
                    Place the selector lever in "P" (Parking) or "N" (Neutral) position.
Caution:       The ignition key can only be withdrawn in the "LOCK" position.    
1. If the key is removed, the steering wheel is locked. Do not remove the key when the car is in motion.       (Manual transmission)
  Withdraw the key and the steering wheel will be locked to provide anti-theft protection for your car. Turn the steering wheel lightly to confirm that it is locked.     Place the gearshift lever in Neutral position.
                 
2. When towing a car, turn the key to ACC position to unlock the steering wheel.     3) Do not turn the ignition switch on while either selector or gearshift lever is in any drive position. Observe this to prevent your vehicle from accidentally moving when the engine starts.
           
                 
ACC: Permits operation of radio, horn, wiper, washer, intermittent wiper, heater fan, air conditioner (optional), power windows, remote control mirrors, and cigarette lighter when engine is not running.   Key Reminder Buzzer
                   
  If the driver's door is opened while the key is still inserted in the cylinder, a buzzer will sound to warn you of this. 4) After turning the ignition switch on, make certain that all warning lights are functioning properly before starting the engine.
 
 
5) With manual transmission, depress the clutch pedal to reduce drag from the transmission gears. (This operation makes it easier to start a cold engine.)
ON: Engine runs and permits the use of all accessories.            
  Seat Belt Reminder Light and Buzzer
 
           
        When you turn the ignition switch on, the "FASTEN BELTS" light will comes on for four to eight seconds. The light will comes on even if you and your front seat passenger have fastened your seat belts. If the driver does not fasten his seat belt, the buzzer will also sound during the same interval.  
                 
          Caution:    
                 
          Never run the engine in a closed or poorly ventilated area any longer than needed to move your car in or out of the area. Carbon monoxide gas is odorless and fatal. Refrain from racing the engine.
Caution:        
Do not leave the switch in "ON" position when the engine is not being operated.    
         
START: Starter motor operates.   After the engine starts, release the key and it will return automatically to the "ON" position.   Starting                
   Before you start the engine:
